With a
deep commitment to education and a strong dedication to community service, Jaideep possess
the qualifications and passion necessary to contribute effectively to the important work
of the Board. He bring a wealth of experience and skills that would be valuable asset to
the Board. He did his Bachelor in Business from Nizam College, Osmania University, India
and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Monmouth University, USA.
He also did Master of Science (MS) in Data Analytics from Southern New Hamshire
University. In addition to that he has also done a couple of Post Graduate Diplomas in
Computers & Information Sciences.
He is an Information
Technology Executive with over 30 years of experience. He is currently working in JPMorgan
Chase and prior to that he worked for Johnson and Johnson (LinkedIn profile ). He has worked
with people across different cultures around the world and have been an leader, metor and
an advocate for Diversity and Women in STEM. He is a strategic management professional who
has over the decades gained expertise in Program & Project Management, Vendor
Management, Technology Management, Data Management, Data Analysis, AI/ML, Business Process
Re-engineering, Finance, Budgets, Audits, etc. His work keeps him on top of the various
technological advancements & trends in the industry.
He is deeply committed
to promoting academic excellence, fostering equitable educational opportunities for all
students, and ensuring responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to the school
district. |

professional experiences/skills that you possess that make you uniquely qualified to serve
on the Board of Education. |
I
am running for the Board of Education because I believe in the transformative power of
public education to shape the future of our children, community, and society. I am
dedicated to ensuring that every child in Montgomery Township receives a high-quality,
equitable education that prepares them for academic success and life beyond school. I am
passionate about advocating for students, teachers, and families, and I believe my skills,
experiences, and perspective can positively contribute to the Board’s decision-making
process. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to give back to the community, collaborate
with educators, and help lead the district in maintaining its tradition of excellence
while addressing new challenges.
My professional background in management and technology, working
across different cultures and industries globally, has equipped me with valuable skills in
strategic management and leadership. Over the years, I have gained expertise in program
and project management, vendor and technology management, data analysis, AI/ML, finance,
budgets, security and compliance, and more. This experience has taught me how to navigate
complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate with diverse
stakeholders—critical skills for a Board member.
On a personal level, as a parent with children in Montgomery
schools since kindergarten, I understand firsthand the challenges and expectations
families face. I’ve been actively engaged with teachers, coaches, advisors,
administrative staff, and other parents across every school in the district (OHES, VES,
LMS, UMS, and MHS). My wife and I have volunteered as chaperones and participated in
activities through organizations like the PTO. These experiences have provided me with a
deep connection to the community and valuable insight into the needs and concerns of both
parents and educators.
